July 2024 Mustard Seed Property is delighted that its most recent community share offer, which closed in June 2024, has raised £207,605. The raise also brings the total number of shareholders to over 300. The board is delighted that new sum raised will enable MSP to move forward with its plans to provide much needed accommodation for vulnerable people in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
August 2023 Over the past year MSP directors and colleagues have been focusing on the delivery of our project in Redruth. This being our longest scheme in development, it has been met with a number of setbacks before reaching where we are today. June 2022 MSP’s most recent partner is Newquay Lighthouse Project (NLP), an organisation formed to support adults seeking to maintain abstinence-based recovery from drugs and alcohol by using mutual aid fellowships. Last year we embarked on this process to find a suitable property for NLP, and we were quickly met with the post-pandemic housing market. August 2021 After a year of complications and slow progress, we have finally finished the refurbishment at Godolphin. Our aim was always to improve both the safety and quality of the property for its residents and this has involved updating the bathroom, enhancing fire safety, and creating a pleasant, condensation free environment with a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system.
