Home

There is an acute lack of housing in Cornwall for vulnerable adults at risk of homelessness. Mustard Seed Property (MSP) offers an answer by purchasing homes in which vulnerable tenants can be supported into stable lifestyles.

Since 2007, more than 20 individuals have been helped by MSP.

As a Helston-based community benefit society, we lease property to trusted organisations in Cornwall who are skilled in helping otherwise homeless adults find their feet.

These trusted organisations become our ‘lease-partners’ and they include highly respected groups such as the St Petroc’s Society. Their role is to place tenants into the houses and give them the support they need.

Should opportunities arise to acquire more homes or form more partnerships, building on the success of MSP’s first, 6-bed home in Helston, those opportunities will be posted here and on our Invest page.

Our share offer is currently closed but if you’d like more information, details of the recent share offer can be found on the Ethex website here.
